These Terms explain how Acting Craft services work. For readability, sections are anchored and a few key terms include tooltips via glossary hints.
1. Enrollment
TopEnrollment is confirmed upon payment receipt. Seats may be limited for certain classes, intensives, or private coaching. If a class is full, we may offer a waitlist option when available.
- You’re responsible for providing accurate contact details at checkout.
- Access details (links, schedules, room info) are sent to the email provided.
- When applicable, required prerequisites will be displayed before purchase.

2. Payments and Refunds
TopWe accept standard payment methods as presented at checkout. Refunds follow course‑specific policies announced at checkout, including any stated deadlines or partial refund rules.
If a class offers a refund window, it will be clearly shown before payment. After the window ends, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Missed sessions generally do not qualify for refunds unless the specific course policy states otherwise.

3. Conduct
TopWe maintain a respectful, focused learning environment. You agree to act professionally and follow instructor directions, including safety guidelines for movement and voice work. Prohibited conduct may lead to removal without refund in severe cases.
If you feel unsafe or experience misconduct, notify the instructor or staff as soon as possible.

4. Changes
TopWe may update schedules, instructors, locations, or materials with notice when practical. When changes are significant, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants using the contact information on file.
- Minor timing adjustments may occur to accommodate venue or instructor availability.
- Materials may evolve to improve learning outcomes and reflect updated curriculum.

5. Governing Law
TopThese Terms apply globally. We respect reasonable consumer protections that may apply in your country. Where required, mandatory local laws may take precedence over conflicting provisions.
