Enrollment is confirmed upon payment receipt. Seats may be limited for certain classes, intensives, or private coaching. If a class is full, we may offer a waitlist option when available.

• You’re responsible for providing accurate contact details at checkout.
• Access details (links, schedules, room info) are sent to the email provided.
• When applicable, required prerequisites will be displayed before purchase.

We accept standard payment methods as presented at checkout. Refunds follow course‑specific policies announced at checkout, including any stated deadlines or partial refund rules.

We maintain a respectful, focused learning environment. You agree to act professionally and follow instructor directions, including safety guidelines for movement and voice work. Prohibited conduct may lead to removal without refund in severe cases.
